Cathy Nakanote was born and raised in New York City. After graduating from Cornell University in New York, she headed west and spent 10 years in Los Angeles. She has called San Diego home since 1990. According to Cathy, “San Diego is a great place to live because the air is clean and the weather is usually mild.  Also, you can drive to the ocean easily, and it’s not a struggle to park.  This is a wonderful change from Los Angeles and Manhattan.  Also, you can purchase a home in many parts of San Diego for a reasonable price.”

Cathy has been a full-time Realtor since 1998. She spent ten years at Coldwell Banker where she was a consistent award winner. Currently, she’s a Realtor at Ascent Real Estate, one of the most prominent real estate companies in San Diego. Her office is conveniently located on Governor Drive in the heart of University City, near the UCSD campus and the beautiful beaches of La Jolla.

Cathy has completed about 150 transactions representing buyers and sellers. You will most certainly enjoy spending time with Cathy when you are buying or selling a home. She will go out of her way to make sure your transaction flows as smoothly as possible. In addition, when the sale is over, she will always be there to assist you.
